Fox News has been perpetrating a fraud on their audience ever since they brought Andrew Napolitano on board and started calling him "Judge Napolitano."

Napolitano is 70 years old, and he was a New Jersey Superior Court judge for all of 7-8 years about three decades ago. He never even retired as a judge. There are more than 350 Superior Court judges in New Jersey at any given time.

They make it sound like the guy is some kind of brilliant legal mind. Calling him "Judge Napolitano" at this point in his life would be like calling him "Captain Napolitano" if he had been the captain of a high school sports team.
