Kurt Volker resigns as Ukraine envoy after mention in whistleblower complaint, source says

I think you’re right. The President was born with excellent instincts about people and has had decades running multiple enterprises in which to hone them.

I do think he takes a wild shot now and then; the best entrepreneurs are prone to that, they’re natural risk takers. Sometimes bullets ricochet.

But, President Trump is the Grand Master of two arts besides The Deal: ju jitsu and the long game.

Here is my theory. This “CIA Whistle Blower” was sent in to route out spies within the Trump administration.

Nice theory if it were so. Unfortunately, the complaint was likely written by a liberal lawyer and the complainant is represented by liberal lawyers. It was all cooked up by Schiff and his committee. Note also the timing - just after the whistleblower regs were changed to permit gossip to be the basis of a complaint. The whole thing stinks. Yes, it has the benefit of drawing out a lot of anti-trump subverters and it’s time to fire up the polygraphs.

Sounds like to me,Rudy is right.There is a law that Bill Clinton had passed that specifically allowed U.S. government to work with Ukraine on corruption issues,so democrats are the traitors as usual.In addition more documents have surfaced showing Biden did not want Ukranian prosecutor fired because of corruption but because he was investigating Burisma and Biden’s son.

It is not the unions. Before he left office, Obama turned all his appointees into civil servants; they then came under the protection of the civil service.

When I was a government employee it took three letters of reprimand for management to fire a person from the ranks. It took three or four official ‘warnings’ before you could recieve a letter. Anyone with an IQ over 75 would know to get their head out of their ass after the first warning. an employee had to be begging to be fired or they would be on until retirement. I remember one department head who was having an ‘affair’ with his 14 year old daughter. He was convicted, sent to jail for a year, and I don’t know how in the hell this could happen, but he returned to work in another section after he was released. He may have been demoted but stayed on until his retirement. Another time there was this engineer who f’d up every project ever given to her. One time her miscalculations almost caused fatalities when a system she spearheaded fell apart in a chain reaction of errors during an at sea transfer. They just kept giving her bigger and more complex projects. There are incredibly capable employees in the government who have outstanding work ethics, but there are also boondoggling incompitant clusterf*ckers who seem to always rise in the ranks. For Obama to convert his appointees into civil servants, it sounds like that may have been his only stroke of genius during his Presidency. Someone must have been whispering in his ear.
