Third Night At The Pavilion. Yet again chowing down on the most delicious food. This time it was grilled burgers by the King of the Grill, with Penelopesire's magical potato salad and cakes provided by laurenmarlowe. We had a total blast at the shoot that morning, which will be memorialized by others posting here. I admit to falling down on the job of posting pictures of the range, because frankly it was too hot to get out in the scorching sun to take them. LOL!

Must mention, though, that Publius enjoyed firing El Gato's .45 and proving his range officer wrong from when he was in the army by nailing "Osama" in several vital organs. :)


And the King of the Grill said "Let there be fire". And lo, it was as commanded. And burgers were thusly sacrificed and turned into deliciousness for all to consume.


The Gang waits "patiently" for the burgers to be presented and meantime has more fun telling stories, jokes and just jawin'. Mylife and MsBehavin....your stories and your presencee were greatly missed. As were all the others who couldn't make it this year.

Aaaaaaand...ditto. Will those burgers EVER be ready to eat, 'Gunner? I'm tellin' ya, this is a tough crowd when they get hungry. Just sayin'.....



And we EVEN had live entertainment throughout the weekend from "Gunner" the multitasker and Brian. So chill.

Fourth Day was just a short morning of one last meal and goodbyes till next year. Same place but hopefully a cooler time, like October maybe!


Brian, TheMom, Wneighbor, Penelopesire, Allen, laurenmarlowe and I enjoyed one last breakfast that was prepared by laurenmarlowe, who has mastered cooking breakfast at a record speed. Penelopesire helped her prepare bacon, sausage, eggs, hashbrowns and biscuits and butter and I haven't been hungry since then. LOL!

Then we hugged all around and went our separate ways.
Till we meet again, it has again been a most wonderful, funfilled and riotous [mostly by humblegunner] weekend, and I thank all of the ones who planned it and prepared for it and who provided food, drink and laughs. TILL NEXT YEAR....I LOVE YOU GUYS!!
PS....sawdring sent us some wonderful targets but Scott, the manager had no idea who LUV W was or what I was talking about at first and then delivered them too late. *sigh* But they are in our care and WILL be used next year. Thank you for taking the time to think of us and send them! I know they'll be fun to use and I'm sorry that they weren't there waiting for us to use.
