Perhaps if more than 3% were getting STEM degrees, it might work out. As it stands, today, there are none.We may have a pipeline problem - but as it stands, today, there are 3.5 un- or underemployed STEM-educated Americans nationwide.

If that is the case, they're not applying for jobs with my Fortune 100 company here in Dallas.
