So it’s some anon. The facts and informed predictions are what matter.

This article was like a Snopes “mostly false”, but the only content it disavowed was “It’s also unlikely that anyone could be subpoenaed about anything”.

That is, it’s 100% true, except one hyperbole and the author’s pseudonym. And it makes predictions we can believe or not.
