Trump campaign: Whistleblower complaint 'even bigger hoax than the Russia delusion'
The Hill ^ | 09/26/19 | Justine Coleman

The Trump campaign said the whistleblower complaint is "an even bigger hoax than the Russia delusion," according to a statement released Thursday.

The response comes after the release of the whistleblower complaint on Thursday, which alleges that President Trump sought to enlist Ukraine's help in the 2020 election by mounting a corruption investigation against former Vice President Joe Biden.

"This whistleblower complaint is an even bigger hoax than the Russia delusion," said the Trump campaign's National Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany. "It’s built on second-hand information echoed by the biased fake news media."

The press secretary said in the release that the complaint was "cobbled together by a partisan bureaucrat with 'no direct knowledge.'"

"Democrats are trying to block the inevitable re-election of President Trump because they know they can’t beat him fair and square at the ballot box," McEnany also said.

True. The Russian Collusion hoax was really all about how HILLARY interfered. But that has not yet been proven.

The Ukraine scandal? Hell, we have Slow Joe on VIDEO bragging about his quid pro quo.

“Fire that guy investigating my boy, or you don’t get a Billion Dollars in US money.”

Peer Wikipedia: The United States has extradition treaties with more than 100 countries. Of the treaties most are dual criminality treaties with the remaining being list treaties. A list of countries with which the United States has an extradition treaty relationship can be found in the Federal Criminal Code and Rules, following 18 U.S.C. § 3181, but this list may not be completely accurate. (This list is reproduced as the list of United States extradition treaties.)

The United States maintains official or unofficial diplomatic relations – but does not have extradition treaties – with the following countries:

Afghanistan
Algeria
Andorra
Angola Armenia
Azerbaijan ... .
Ukraine

This hoax has similarities to the campaign to derail Kavanaugh.

An anonymous source

The source is presented as protected, as a whistle blower in this case, protected as a woman in the Kavanaugh case.

The hysteria was launched before the lack of facts and distortion of facts was revealed.

The media is fully complicit in the disinformation campaign, maybe even driving it.

I'm sure that freepers can find more similarities in the style.

Frankily I'm surprised that the dims are not hiding behind another child as their source. It is working on gun control an the global warming hoax.

Some theories:

1. This was an effort to take Joe Biden out of the race. Note that the argument is that Trump abused his office in order to get Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden.

Naturally, the next question by someone learning of this would be, “what was Trump trying to get Ukraine to investigate Biden for?”

The answer is, that Biden threatened to withhold US aid to Ukraine unless Ukraine fired the prosecutor investigating the company that put Biden’s son on its board and paid him millions of dollars.

That doesn’t look good for Biden since he is on video basically admitting to threatening Ukraine over this prosecutor.

Who is behind this bank shot against Biden? Perhaps Hillary people clearing out Biden and planning for Hillary to come in to a weak field and take the nomination.

2. The House Dems want something, anything, to start a formal impeachment inquiry over. They need something moderate Dems can defend a pro-impeachment vote for.

They won’t actually go further than formally starting the inquiry. But by actually starting a formal impeachment investigation, they believe the courts will give them access to Mueller’s grand jury materials.

Obviously, the partisan political hacks on Mueller’s staff must have let it be known to the Dems in the House that there is stuff in the grand jury testimony and documents that can be grist for House hearings against Trump during the campaign.

They won’t actually send the impeachment to the Senate, but will just use the grand jury materials to spend the next 13 months making mountains out of molehills to feed the MSM anti-Trump machine during the campaign.

On this theory, this Ukraine “whistle-blower” complaint was concocted to get a formal impeachment investigation started and give a legal basis for Nadler’s committee to get his hands on otherwise off-limits grand jury materials from Mueller.

3. The “whistle-blower” was part of a small group implicated in the CIA/DOJ/FBI plot to use the Steel dossier and human sources like Mifsud and Halper to spy on and entrap Trump and his campaign, and this is a preemptive way to position the “whistle-blower” to claim reprisal when (if?) AG Barr and US Attorney Durham actually try to enforce the law against this small group.

He/She would be dining out in THAT for the rest of their life!!!
