My prediction is that Barr will never appoint a special counsel. For one thing, there would need to be a specific crime of some kind to be investigated. The only crime to be investigated in this whole charade involves Joe and Hunter Biden.

There's no need for a special counsel here. The U.S. Attorney General has full responsibility for overseeing this ... which is why President Trump mentioned him in the phone call in the first place.
