Speaking during a one-on-one United Nations General Assembly meeting with President Trump Wednesday afternoon, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he was not pushed to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden or his son Hunter.
"I don't want to be involved in the election of USA. I think we had a good phone call. It was normal and we spoke about many things," Zelensky said. "You read it [the call transcript]. Nobody pushed."
As a reminder, this is what was said during a call the two leaders had in July.
"There's a lot of talk about Biden's son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General [Barr] would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it...It sounds horrible to me," Trump said.
"I wanted to tell you about the prosecutor. First of all I understand and I'm knowledgeable about the situation. Since we have won the absolute majority in our Parliament, the next prosecutor general will be 100% my person, my candidate, who will be approved by the parliament and will start as a new prosecutor in September. He or she will look into the situation, specifically to the company that you mentioned in this issue. The issue of investigation of the case is actually the issue of making sure to restore the honesty so we will take care of that and will work on the investigation of the case," Zelensky replied.
Yesterday House Speaker Nancy Pelosi launched an "impeachment inquiry" based on the false and anonymous allegation President Trump threatened to withhold military aid from Ukraine unless the Biden's were investigated.

The media pushed the idea that "Trump repeatedly pressured the president of Ukraine to work with Rudy Giuliani..." We know that is a false allegation.
In an article today in The Washington Free Beacon, I read that Chuck Todd was claiming there was no impropriety in the Hunter Biden/Ukraine arrangement. Republican Louisiana Senator John N. Kennedy replied: "‘Do You Think They Got Hunter Biden’s Name Off ZipRecruiter?"
Reminds me of Blasey Ford’s witnesses that said they didn’t remember any such party. The left still believed her.

I couldn’t agree more and that sounds just like something Senator Kennedy would say, I love it. :^)
As things spin more and more out of control for the Deep State, I fear they will soon try and move against the President under any pretext that he is an immediate threat to the country. I hope Trump has the backing of the military and he may need to call his supporters to come to DC and defend the country.

Greg Jerald said Trump would have been derelict in his duties if he hadn’t brought up Biden’s corruption up. He is afterall the chief law enforcement officer of this country, whether worthless democrats want to admit it or not.
