The text in this document records the notes and recollections of Situation Room Duty Officers and-NSC policy staff assigned to listen and memorialize the conversation in written form as the conversation takes place. A numper of factors can affect the accuracy of the record, including poor telecommunications connections and variations in accent and/or interpretation. The word "inaudible" is used to indifate portions of a conversation that the notetaker was unable to hear.
There's your impeachment, right there. Not a verbatim transcript. Trump is hiding his criminal activity.

My guess is that they’ll either dismiss the document as fraudulent, or just refer to it in passing, while studiously ignoring its text. If they quote from it or encourage people to read it, it would be damning for Biden, and thus self-defeating.

Same as her demanding obamycare be signed before anyone had read it.
I think yes, the Left is worried about Biden, but I think they're more worried about the request regarding Crowdstrike.
