Lee was one of the first guests that Mark Levin had on his Fox News Channel Sunday night show. Levin spoke very highly of him. I would like someone to ask Levin what he makes of Lee's immigration stance now.
At the very least, Lee must know of the all the H-1B visa abuse stories that have been out, like the Disney firing of career IT workers with their severance dependent on training their H-1B replacements.
One would think that a Levin-endorsed conservative would understand that conservatives want to see the H-1B terms enforced (like ensuring Americans are truly considered before looking elsewhere) before seeking to expand the program.
Even the Disney case is so blatant that expecting incumbents to train their foreign replacements under threat of losing severance puts the lie to the claim that there weren't qualified Americans to do the jobs.
Why Lee isn't being asked to address this is a mystery.
