Dems need to keep in mind that Mr Trump’s legal tactics will be aggressive. The wolves are not going after a lamb; they are taking on a badger.

I am of the opinion that the Dems/swamp critters are feeling damned if they do and damned if they dont. President Trump is tearing apart their government deus ex machina and in general, distroying their ability to force socialism down the US citizens throats.
So, from the Dem’s perspective, What difference does it make? They are/will loose power either way.

Botoxic knows that an impeachment vote on the record will hurt about 10-15 Ds (like O’Halleran in AZ) who are in somewhat swingy districts. She knows it will fail.
So that will be a dilemma. Let a high profile vote fail and rouse the base at her own Congress, or pressure the swingies and let them lose their seats.
