Au contraire. Not all is as it appears.
I grew up in Arizona going to school with Mormons and doing business with them when I got out in the business world.
I had classmates who were Jack Mormons, Mormons who didn't strictly observe the tenants of the church. They drank, smoked, danced and had premarital sex. But they were Mormons nonetheless.
They can also be devious and nasty in their business transactions. Some of the most difficult deals I did while in the mortgage banking and real estate business was with Mormons. They would not honor their word and changed the terms of the deals after agreeing to them. Backstabbing comes close to describing their behavior sometimes.
So, like any religion, morals are taught and supported by the church, but not everybody is as moral as the church would have liked them to be.

Romney is a corporate liberal from the Rockefeller wing of the GOP. Just like his old man who worked with Nelson to undermine Goldwater in ‘64.
I guess Trump is now releasing the transcript (though redacted). Like I said to you before, I am frustrated about all this as I think you make a good point but it seems like the thing to do in this case.
