Irrelevant. The EU has said no more delays. Parliment can pass whatever it wants, if the EU won’t budge, Parliment has to either accept May’s deal or BREXIT happens without one.
Even more importantly, Johnson has asked to call elections and has been rejected.
I’m not sure what the “screw the people” block hope to gain here.
I am utterly gobsmacked. I did not see this happening - to me this act of Boris seemed iffy but perfectly “legal” in line with an unwritten constitution.
The Supreme Court says no, it was illegal. Wow.
What could be the repercussions? Well it means parliament gets back of course, but what else?
Boris Johnson’s authority is destroyed. The implication is that he lied.
But Corbyn won’t call a vote of no confidence and even if Boris calls one on himself, Labour MPs won’t vote on it.
So parliament comes back and then what? At this stage I have no idea - I think no one does.
Can they call a vote on cancelling Brexit? I think they can call it, and there is a real danger that they will get 51% votes now. That would be horrible - I was betting currency-wise on a no-deal Brexit.
Perhaps they don’t get the votes? Then what? Boris can’t do anything, parliament can’t do anything.
This is a total mad-house.

Boris needs to do a floor speech much like William Wilberforce and question the British who they are. He needs to question whether they will remain a slave to the EU or if they will be a people and a country of their own. If they choose to be the EU then he should step down. But I do not think if he gives the right speech they will leave him on an island. If the speech is good enough with all the cameras rolling I believe he will get what he needs. I hope he is a praying man because he will need the strength and words that the good Lord will give him if he asks.
The British people need to rise up are they are going to be betrayed and subjugated. If they merely protest, they will be locked up and their new rulers will drink champagne over their huddled masses.
My understanding is that the queen prorogued parliament, not Boris Johnson, and that she absolutely has the ability to do that.
Boris is exactly the fire hose that can deliver such a purging. Oh, well. He unlawfully pro-rogated Parliament. Tsk. Tsk. I guess he has to resign as PM and force elections;-)
Brexit is never going to be allowed to happen. There are deep, evil forces at work here.
