How do you get your congressman to fight against something that may have helped him in a jam?

Pass a constitutional amendment stating that only eunuchs (or robots without genitalia) may be elected to Congress.

It’s such a HARD (no pun intended) thing to fight because so few have a completely clean history and that area.
