I have to step in here. While you are correct about doxxing, you don’t get to be a whistle blower without first hand information and/or original documentation. This person has neither.
Without this level of certainty, you are merely passing along a rumour and may unwittingly be passing along fake information. For all parties in a situation like this what is required is full disclosure, names of people making statements and documentation as to what has been said.
Expert witnesses need to explain the significance of anything that the general public needs full context for.
This exercise is closer to junk than a valid concern.
In addition to the good points you make, this person does not meet the requirements of the Intelligence Whistle Blower Protection act: The person he is reporting on is not in the Intelligence community of departments — the President.
He is therefore not a Whistle Blower but a Leaker and should be referred to on that basis.
