Exactly, why don't these Climate Change scientists tell us that the proper percentage of CO2 is and what we have now? If they did they would be exposed for exaggerating the issue.

why don't these Climate Change scientists tell us that the proper percentage of CO2 is and what we have now? They do, in a lying-RAT sort of way.
To the education-deprived millenial moonbats, 400 parts per million sounds a lot scarier than .04%.
They also preach that CO2 is a pollutant instead of a natural component of our atmosphere.
