It’s Twitter, so the problem is your machine. Works fine here on Brave on Win10 and Safari on iPad.

Might want to check out your computer. I'm using Firefox on Windows 10 and the Twitter link opened just fine.

For what it’s worth I just watched the video on Firefix (which I’m using now) with no problem.

I’m running Windows 7.
