Felons should not be allowed to vote. Ever. Too bloody bad.
Women should not be allowed to vote (says my wife). People who have taken welfare should not be allowed to vote for 20 years.
The founders never intended for everyone to be able to vote - for good reason. I would be happy if it was restricted to tax paying, non-felon, males 35-65 who have not been on any kind of dole.
Everything would immediately and drastically shift to the right.
Don’t forget that they should be property owners.

I’d be happy with that, but requiring that they be married to a woman who was mother of at least two children of the voter would turn things up another notch.
