I thought we had learned a few things since 9/11.

We have learned:
1. Islam means peace.
2. Muslims mean us no harm.
3. Not hiring Muslims, even in the most sensitive of positions, means that you are an Islamophobe.
4. Anything remotely disparaging, through the eyes of a Muslim, means that the offender can lose his/her position, job, and/or freedom.
5. Homicides by Muslims perpetrated against those in the non-Muslim community are only "lone wolf" operations, done by a psychotic, and have nothing to do with the mandates of the Koran.

For further elucidation, see Great Britain.

Suspected Hezbollah spy scouted targets in New York, other major cities: prosecutors
Fox news ^ | 9/19/2019 | melissa leon/ FR Posted by bitt

A New Jersey man is accused of being a secret Hezbollah operative in the United States for more than a decade, surveiling potential attack sites in New York City, Boston and Washington, prosecutors said Thursday.

Alexei Saab, 42, from Morristown, was charged under a nine-count indictment in connection with a range of alleged terror activities. They included providing material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization (FTO) and receiving military-style training from that group, the Justice Department said.

“Even though Saab was a naturalized American citizen, his true allegiance was to Hezbollah, the terrorist organization responsible for decades of terrorist attacks that have killed hundreds, including U.S. citizens and military personnel,” U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman said. “Thankfully, Saab is now in federal custody and faces significant prison time for his alleged crimes.”

Saab allegedly surveiled dozens of locations throughout New York City, including the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, the Statue of Liberty, Times Square and United Nations headquarters, prosecutors said.

He also scouted various bridges, tunnels and airports, specifically focusing on “the structural weaknesses of locations he surveiled in order to determine how a future attack could cause the most destruction,” the Justice Department said.
