Do people remember that there were meetings held around DC on Sunday nights, after the election, specifically to discuss how to undermine PTrump and his people?

We have info on Felix Sater:

On Feb 26, 2018, FR's Diogenesis posted this from an anon:

Comey opens FBI investigation into Donald Trump and his father. This report was posted on the FBI site for a short time and it stated there was no dirt found on the Trump family.

Comey enlists former associate Felix Sater, [Феликс Михайлович Шеферовский;] a criminal Russian associated with the FBI after Felix nearly killed a person in a NYC bar-room fight. Sater has been convicted multiple times since beginning work for the FBI.

Felix penetrated the Trump camp when Mueller first heard Trump might run in 2000 when Roger Stone and others encouraged him to do so. Felix brought Trump Russian investors for the Trump Soho Towers and Felix has been foisting himself upon Trump ever since. Felix has been used repeatedly by Comey/Mueller over the years though it doesn’t seem to reach the news nor has Felix been questioned by the Mueller Investigation to Impeach Team. Felix Sater is the definition of Russian Meddling in the Election.

Comey had Felix Sater on June 9, 2016, set up the “fake opposition research” meeting with Natalia Veselnitskaya, Rinat Akhmetshin, Rob Goldstone, Ike Kaveladze, and the Trump Team including Manafort through whose phone they surveilled the meeting. Comey worked with the State Department to acquire movement Visas – because Natalia, Rob, and Rinat did not have movement into the US under normal law.

The Russian Lawyer, Natalia Veselnitskaya, met with Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson before and after the meeting.

Comey had Felix Sater continue to involve the Trump team with anything Russian, including a trip to Moscow with two members of the Trump team to consider building a Trump Towers in Moscow, Georgia, and the Crimea. Nothing came of it.

FR and the anons on top of things early.

Fear, panic, and as a result rage, venom:

Donald Trump and William Barr Will Burn Everything Down Rather Than Surrender Power
A new investigation signals this administration* will happily wreak havoc all over the government.

BY CHARLES P. PIERCE
OCT 25, 2019

The news that Attorney General William Barr’s worldwide snipe hunt has now been transformed from an administrative nuisance to a criminal investigation is as unsurprising as it is terrifying. After all, Barr’s entire career in government has been marked by a fealty to executive power and by an apparently irresistible drive to keep Republican presidents from ever bearing the consequences of their offenses against the Constitution. It was Barr who advised President George H.W. Bush to murder the Iran-Contra investigations by pardoning everyone except Shoeless Joe Jackson on Bush’s way out the door.

Now, though, Barr is on active duty, spanning the globe to find corroboration of El Caudillo del Mar-a-Lago’s most dearly held conspiracy theories. (Italy told him to get stuffed.) And anyone who expected Barr to behave differently than he has—sabotaging the release of the Mueller Report and, now, concocting a cover story out of pure paranoid moonshine—should not be allowed to carry their own money or cut their own meat....

But the perils in this latest twist are profound. It’s become plain this week that the political defense of an indefensible presidency* is going to wreak havoc all through the government. We have had the Juicebox Meatheads crashing a closed committee hearing. We have had Senator Lindsey Graham, that reliable White House castrato, proposing a meaningless Senate resolution condemning the House investigation, and now this latest abomination. We already have branches of government at war with each other and, to be honest, that was sort of the idea behind the Constitution’s structure in the first place.

SNIP.
This president* is willing to bring all the temples down on his own head. I don’t think anybody really understands how terrible the coming reckoning will be.

There’s that word again. I don’t think the word “reckoning” means what they think it means. MAGA!

The New York Times supplied {questionable} information on Felix Slater as early as Feb 19, 2017 {just after DJT's inauguration}:
A Back-Channel Plan for Ukraine and Russia, Courtesy of Trump Associates
By Megan Twohey and Scott Shane

Mr. Flynn is gone, having been caught lying about his own discussion of sanctions with the Russian ambassador. But the proposal, a peace plan for Ukraine and Russia, remains, along with those pushing it: Michael D. Cohen, the president’s personal lawyer, who delivered the document; Felix H. Sater, a business associate who helped Mr. Trump scout deals in Russia; and a Ukrainian lawmaker trying to rise in a political opposition movement shaped in part by Mr. Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort.
. . . . . . . .
Mr. Trump has confounded Democrats and Republicans alike with his repeated praise for the Russian president, Vladimir V. Putin, and his desire to forge an American-Russian alliance. While there is nothing illegal about such unofficial efforts, a proposal that seems to tip toward Russian interests may set off alarms.

The amateur diplomats say their goal is simply to help settle a grueling, three-year conflict that has cost 10,000 lives. “Who doesn’t want to help bring about peace?” Mr. Cohen asked.

But the proposal contains more than just a peace plan. Andrii V. Artemenko, the Ukrainian lawmaker, who sees himself as a Trump-style leader of a future Ukraine, claims to have evidence — “names of companies, wire transfers” — showing corruption by the Ukrainian president, Petro O. Poroshenko, that could help oust him. And Mr. Artemenko said he had received encouragement for his plans from top aides to Mr. Putin.
. . . . . . . .
Mr. Cohen and Mr. Sater said they had not spoken to Mr. Trump about the proposal, and have no experience in foreign policy. Mr. Cohen is one of several Trump associates under scrutiny in an F.B.I. counterintelligence examination of links with Russia, according to law enforcement officials; he has denied any illicit connections.

The two others involved in the effort have somewhat questionable pasts: Mr. Sater, 50, a Russian-American, pleaded guilty to a role in a stock manipulation scheme decades ago that involved the Mafia. Mr. Artemenko spent two and a half years in jail in Kiev in the early 2000s on embezzlement charges, later dropped, which he said had been politically motivated.

While it is unclear if the White House will take the proposal seriously, the diplomatic freelancing has infuriated Ukrainian officials . . .
The Trump administration has sent mixed signals about the conflict in Ukraine.

But given Mr. Trump’s praise for Mr. Putin, John Herbst, a former American ambassador to Ukraine, said he feared the new president might be too eager to mend relations with Russia at Ukraine’s expense — potentially with a plan like Mr. Artemenko’s.
. . . . . . . .
The F.B.I. is reviewing an unverified dossier, compiled by a former British intelligence agent and funded by Mr. Trump’s political opponents . . .

Mr. Sater, a longtime business associate of Mr. Trump’s with connections in Russia, was willing to help Mr. Artemenko’s proposal reach the White House.

Mr. Trump has sought to distance himself from Mr. Sater in recent years. If Mr. Sater “were sitting in the room right now,” Mr. Trump said in a 2013 deposition, “I really wouldn’t know what he looked like.”

But Mr. Sater worked on real estate development deals with the Trump Organization on and off for at least a decade, even after his role in the stock manipulation scheme came to light.

Mr. Sater, who was born in the Soviet Union and grew up in New York, served as an executive at a firm called Bayrock Group, two floors below the Trump Organization in Trump Tower, and was later a senior adviser to Mr. Trump.

He said he had been working on a plan for a Trump Tower in Moscow with a Russian real estate developer as recently as the fall of 2015, one that he said had come to a halt because of Mr. Trump’s presidential campaign . . .

After speaking with Mr. Sater and Mr. Artemenko in person, Mr. Cohen said he would deliver the plan to the White House.
. . . . . . . .
He said Mr. Sater had given him the written proposal in a sealed envelope. When Mr. Cohen met with Mr. Trump in the Oval Office in early February, he said, he left the proposal in Mr. Flynn’s office.

Mr. Cohen said he was waiting for a response when Mr. Flynn was forced from his post. Now Mr. Cohen, Mr. Sater and Mr. Artemenko are hoping a new national security adviser will take up their cause. On Friday the president wrote on Twitter that he had four new candidates for the job.

It would seem NYT wanted to implicate DJT in being soft of Russia.

The civil war is starting. People will be forced to choose sides. All DS crimes will be labeled patriotism - to what is very questionable.

God save the Republic!
