The U.S. importance as far as H1B visas go is NOT nor can it be concerned with the population, or population size of any one country from which H1B visas applicants may come.
The U.S. if it has concerns about “diversity” of applicants as to country of origin, is not nor can it be about the U.S. trying to affect a proportional distribution of applicants coming here that accords with a proportional representation of the populations of the countries of the world. There is NO U.S. interest in U.S. immigration quotas trying to be sure that most applicants that make it here come from China and India. Contrary to making the U.S. are more “diverse” nation, in terms of the national origins of its people, it would over time make the U.S. mostly of Chinese and Indian origin.
Lastly, the U.S. immigration policy has no direct responsibility to the peoples of any nation, in terms of owing them anything.
I hope there are enough Dims who see Senator Lee’s efforts as “favoring Trumps views” and vote it down for that reason - whether that be true or not.

The whole H-1B visa quota is what is wrong with America in one issue.
Of course you won't find it. This is a diatribe from someone who believes that every Freeper spends every waking hour to follow this issue, just like him. He probably deserves support on this, but he want get it because no one is going to waste time on this post.
