You don’t care why he voted against unanimous consent...Is he a hero in your eyes this week because he voted against unanimous consent?..He did not stop the bill—there was no vote on the bill. How is he a hero when in fact, he said he supports the bill??!?! He said he will vote for it...
Anyone who says they will support the bill or vote for it is not a hero in my eyes...not GOP or DEM! I don’t want any votes or support for this travesty of a bill!! This bill has DC elite written all over it...bought and paid for by tech titan lobbyists and a new lobbying front, the Indian/India lobby. This bill does not have US citizen interests as a goal.
Please get back to me when SB 386 comes up again for unanimous consent in the next couple weeks. Let’s see how he votes...or doesn’t vote against uc. I hope you can prove me wrong, and you can tell me he stopped S386 for good. If he does not stop it for good, then I would suggest the tried and true approach of “follow the money.”
Since you are a supporter, maybe you can call his office and congratulate him on his great move this week...and more importantly get him to vote against the bill again...vote against uc and then vote against it on the floor to send it to the dead bill cemetery.
Again, I hope you can prove me wrong on this.
