Trump To Slap SF With Notice Of Environmental Violation
The Wall Street Journal ^ | Sept 18

Posted on 09/18/2019 11:46:32 PM PDT by Helicondelta

The Trump administration plans to deliver a notice of environmental violation to San Francisco over its homelessness problem.

President Trump said late Wednesday the notice would come from the Environmental Protection Agency. He said waste, specifically used needles, in storm sewers is contributing to ocean pollution.

He added: “They have to clean it up. We can’t have our cities going to hell.”

In a statement, San Francisco Mayor London Breed said the city has a sewer system that runs effectively, keeping debris from reaching the Bay or the Pacific Ocean.

I love Trump’s environmental attack on these hypocrites. The irony is great. I hope the president takes this human/environmental issue to all these sanctuary, homeless Meccas. I saw where the president denied Los Angeles’ request for additional funding for the homeless. The president told them since their policies promote homelessness no additional funding.

So the president drops all of the ridiculous restrictions about ponds, puddles of water, etc., causing the left to scream about him not caring about clean water. Shortly after this, the president takes on SanFran about the filth, including that crap going into the water system....so the left must either shut up about clean water or agree with him. Timing is everything.

“There is no filtration of that which runs down streets and into gutters”

The manholes, pardon me, “human access holes” around here are all clearly marked “Dump No Waste. Drains To Streams”

They have pics of cute little fishies stamped on them even.

——I can’t exactly think of a cause of action off the top of my head——

San Francisco doesn’t have a homeless problem. San Francisco has a squatter problem. Uncontrolled squatting on public lands is a destructive enviromental practice.

The failure to control, in deed the promotion of the tent dwelling squatters, is a serious enviromental infraction by the city and state

Happens to Cities and States also

September 21, 2018 -- The Environmental Protection Agency’s federal lawsuit filed against Houston through the U.S. Justice Department in connection with sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs) cites issues that have been the subject of years of diligent negotiations about an appropriate plan to address SSOs.

We have been told that cleaning human feces off sidewalks is racist. It is also racist to condemn humans that deposit their waste in the streets.

So, it is surely must be racist to demand that cities clean up the rivers and streams that are polluted by the stuff washed off their streets, even when it’s rain that does it.

This proves conclusively that Trump is a racist and should be impeached immediately.

It wasn’t that long ago that, in areas where the EPA forced cities to separate their combined storm and sanitary sewers, they were deciding how to regulate dog feces in storm run-off.

Nan and her friends will have to start doing their ‘jobs’… before the cholera outbreak exposes their incompetence and lies.

They’ve all been to busy with the ‘smear Trump’ campaign to look to their own business.

How Californians stand for that I’ll never know
