“If it’s Elizabeth Warren, that presents a real problem because she may have a lot of plans, but most of them are terrible,” said Sarah Longwell, a veteran GOP operative and outspoken anti-Trump Republican. "Being Never Trump doesn’t mean abandoning conservative sensibilities,” she said.

“Never Trump means what it says: Never Trump. Under no circumstances can you embrace that man coming back to the White House,” countered Jerry Taylor, who runs the Niskanen Center, a centrist Washington think tank that has become a gathering spot for anti-Trump Republicans. “Most Never Trump Republicans that I traffic with are of the mind that any electoral outcome that doesn’t return Donald Trump to the White House is a good outcome, save for the wild card of Bernie Sanders.”

Jerry Taylor and the what’s it’s nuts of Never Trump are lunatics that’d see the nation go to it’s death under the communist Biden?

Supporting Biden is like betting on an old nag one race away from the glue factory. And Hollywood doesn’t get to write the script.

Another reason Biden won’t be it. Never Trumpers can’t pick a winner to save their lives.

If you vote for a Communist you are a Communist. Quit trying to act like you are something you are not.

They are all hoping that Gropin’ Joe Plugs will reward them with a friendly little grope of their “junk”.

Many Republicans and Democrats espouse principles that are no more than expedient ploys. What they really believe in is a corrupt system that provides them with the opportunity to prosper. It’s the unfortunate reality of politics that dates back to tribal accommodations for governance. The genius of our founding fathers was an effective mechanism that dissipated and counter balanced power to mitigate corruption. That’s the system the people are now being convinced must be destroyed for “the common good”. History tells us that it’s practically inevitable.

“Biden is probably the only plausible candidate the Never Trumpers could support,” said Jim Dornan, a Republican operative in Washington who maintains relationships with anti-Trump Republicans.

“Trump is done,” said Republican operative Jim Dornan, who advised the New York businessman in the preparatory stages of his campaign last year. “Barring something completely out of the blue, like Hillary being involved in a murder, I don’t see how he wins.”

Republicans opposed to President Trump are quietly preparing to support Democratic front-runner Joe Biden

This is hilarious and predicable from the always wrong RINO's. Biden is tanking and they are getting on his sinking ship - too funny.

They’d rather have a drooling, senile fool than Trump.

The hate runs strong with these ones.

I’m not sure why there is so much resistance on the Right to running conservatives as Democrats in traditionally Democratic primary races. Liberals have been planting their own in Republican primaries for decades, now - and they now hold a fair percentage of GOP offices. We seem to think it is somehow “dishonest” to play the game that way.

The party label is not important - getting the right minds into office is.
