Not a forensics person but the coroner said all 4 shots were contact shots
Thane Eugene Cesar, whod been employed by private security firm Ace Guard Service to protect Kennedy at the Ambassador Hotel that evening, has repeatedly been named as the most likely second shooter. By day, he worked as a maintenance plumber at the Lockheed Aircraft plant in Burbank, California, a job requiring Department of Defence security clearance. Hed leave the firm in 1971 for Hughes Aircraft Company, a major aerospace and defence contractor founded by reclusive, eccentric billionaire Howard Hughes, the role positioning him at the firms second-highest security clearance level.
That would have been the famous Doctor Tom Noguchi, who probably saw more celebrity stiffs than any other ten medical examiners combined. A friend of mine had an invite to the event that night but decided to stay in San Diego and go on a date with a new young thing instead.
I’m not sure about all four but I know two were. Supposedly this guy was right behind Kennedy and Sirhan Sirhan was on the other side of Kennedy. There were also bullets removed from the walls and ceiling that could not have been aimed at anybody (more indication of random ‘nitwit’ fire.)
There were tons of news and press people in the area. Supposedly there are many pictures and footage that has never been released. I’d bet it does not do anything to incriminate Sirhan or it would have been released immediately. Nor do I think it shows any of the guards deliberately shooting Kennedy or they would never have been able to keep it secret.
I suspect it does show some level of complete incompetence.
