Pretty soon McCabe was knee-deep in hush money----a hefty pension or two, book deals, a lucrative CNN gig....
probably Harvey Weinstein's address book of nubile starlets, use of Bill Clinton's penthouse at his library......and the like.
Yea, but the Swamp was being protected until just a few months ago...so he couldn’t be prosecuted, since that would damage the ‘reputation’ of the FBI.
...if you can believe that crap.
“He knows if he takes a deal he’ll be Epsteined”.
Agree. and:
McCabe is also rolling the dice on a DC grand jury not indicting him so that is another reason why he won’t deal.
Historically, those who show signs that they might wander off the Clinton Plantation have a slim chance of making it out of the gate alive.

This disgraced and disgraceful pig is obviously using the “I never did anything illegal INTENTIONALLY defense” And why not? Clinton used it to great benefit.
I’m glad that he won’t take a deal.i hope they have the goods on for a 20 year sentence

The swamp is still being protected by the GOP. Most recently the GOP Senate shooting down Trump’s DNI pick. Without a doubt the coup is ongoing and bipartisan in nature.
“I was asked questions on two separate occasions about an article that had appeared months before I was asked questions completely unprompted in the middle of other far more intense and challenging issues that were swirling around me at the time.” What a crock of shit! How many people - including Mike Flynn - have been successful using that defense when charged with lying to the FBI?
This jackass is full of bluster now, but he may very well change his tune when he’s facing retirement (sans government pension) in a federal prison.
Hed likely be more cooperative if the jury pool came from the population of North Dakota instead of northern Virginia
...and with the right evidence/indication of attempts to influence the outcome, a smart prosecutor would pursue a change of venue.
I agree with your assessment. McCabe has little to fear from our so-called justice system. He may endure some personal inconvenience and expenses for awhile but it will all work out for him in the end. As you say, he’ll be taken care of.
And its not just McCabe that has little to fear. The rest of the cabal can rest easy knowing they too will get off. The fix is already in.
Doj is probably purposefully going to screw up the case in front of the grand jury so he won’t even be indicted.
Then barr will say he tried and is not his fault.
Why would he take a deal?
There is virtually zero chance that a jury seated in D.C. would vote to convict him.

Spot on. The backstabbing GOP is (once again) subjoining the Democrats. They are and have been enabling, if not encouraging, the coup.
Their passive silence is very telling.
I can see every reason why a DC Jury would convict a dirty cop. All a prosecutor has to do is sell that to the jury and IMHO it is a pretty easy sell.
I would point out that in order to “take” a deal, a deal has to be offered. This strikes me as an attempt to prevent Arkancide, as in “I promise I wont turn against the Clintons”
They SWAMP laughs.
They SHOULD have hung, and the buildings torn down
and the ground salted, but instead they CONTINUE
to attack the ELECTED President.
I would like to see him waterboarded at Gitmo.
Anybody who is looking for indictments and trials should prepare for disappointment.
