Biden’s brain surgeon just said last month that Biden’s brain is “functional”. A Clintonesque answer. "Functional" just means Biden remains able to move around and speak. It does NOT mean he is able to function as a senior executive.
Also, did the statement come directly from the doctor? Or from Biden's campaign office saying what the doctor said?
If the Biden camp said he's fine, under HIPPA rules would the doctor even be allowed to say "That's not what I said".

I've worked in three nursing homes. Joe is typical of what I've seen as the brain begins to deteriorate. It becomes like a movie projector running scenes of life out of sync and time. It's sad.
