I’ve been wanting ala carte SAT TV for years-I live in a remote area, with few people and would like DirecTV much more if I could get rid of CNN, MSNBC,NBC, CBS etc, etc and just buy History channel, FX, NatGeo, Discovery and the other channels that actually have something useful and/or entertaining that I watch-If I want to watch a movie, that is what pay-per-view is for...

Spanish is my 2nd language, and I do like a couple of the Narco mafia good guys/bad guys novelas on Telemundo, so that would stay, too-my guy does not speak Spanish, so he likes that he can get English subtitles on Telemundo at his place in town-but he has cable-I know there is a way for me to get them here, too but I’ve never researched it because I speak Spanish-but I know it is available...
