There's a reason we've been slow to update you on how David Daleiden's preliminary hearing is going...

The judge has ordered a large portion of the documents and videos be designated "for attorneys' eyes only" – meaning we can't share them with you.

In fact, Tom and Peter can't even share this information with David himself!

They also can't reveal the abortion witnesses' names or any identifiable details – it's Doe 1, Doe 2, Doe 3, etc. – making it difficult to relay information to you.

I'm not even on the record as one of David's attorneys, and yet I am still constrained by what I am able to say! (Fortunately, the pro-life press is not – and they're at the trial and reporting!)

Our team on the ground and back here in the office have been coping with these outrageous constraints. But what has transpired in the last few days crosses the line.

On Tuesday, the California Attorney General filed a motion asking the judge to issue a much more restrictive gag order!

As if the current one isn't restrictive enough!

Fortunately, the judge denied their motion. But it's just another example of the great lengths the political prosecutors in California's AG's office are going to protect their friends in the abortion industry.

The U.S. Constitution guarantees citizens the right to a speedy and public trial.

But the names and identities of those who are accusing David Daleiden of committing felonies and the evidence being used against him is being kept from the public!

We don't hold trials in the shadows in America. We hold them out in the open so the truth can become public.

And it's absolutely critical that the truth about the abortion industry and their disgusting baby body part harvesting scheme is brought into the light.

It won't matter. The America of yesteryear, whom something like this would have enraged, who would and did go to war over things far less serious, no longer exists, except for a few geriatrics, who's generation is responsible for letting us get into this shape we're in now.

Read/listen to the little getting out about PP making deals for the babies part's while they were still alive! Some maybe even born alive to then be cut up and parceled out while hearts were still beating, etc!

Last I looked, the Thomas More channel had 39 subscribers, and you're the only one who even bother to comment on this thread, and thank you for taking the time to do so.

Sorry if I sound disgusted, but I am disgusted. For the most part it won't matter what comes out about PP. The majority of Americans, frankly, don't give a damn.
