This is what I’m warning people of...they will recommend indictment. But then put on a half-assed case to the grand jury. And a grand jury they know is 100% anti-trump.

In the book about Chappaquiddick by Damore, He pointed out that a grand jury has a lot of power but few citizens know it.
Basically the prosecutor can lead them by the nose.

How do you NOT charge Rosenstein,who is guilty as hell,but got a get of jail free card for ending the charade and still charge McCabe?

Yep. The fact pattern is absurd. Liu tries to get an indictment, GJ says no. McCabe appeals to main justice to have Liu lay off, main justice says "no," so Liu is going to try again? Give me a break.
Barr is slow walking any criminal proceedings against the coup past November 2020 so POTUS does not benefit from it.

They dare not let any of these loose ends of the Kenyanesian Usurpation get pulled at for fear that the whole thing unravels and Americans learn their entire government is corrupt with such clarity that they do something about it.
It’s like Felicity what’s-her-name getting 14 days, a puny fine and some community service for her crimes...after facing 20-40 years in jail.
