Just today I was thinking I need to see McCabe sell his Porsche to pay his lawyers bills

These a**holes are spinning, trying to make it look like Trump’s ‘frequent criticisms’ are behind this.

This is the Deep State’s last stand, IMO. “It’s political bullying.”

The DOJ is doing it right now. The US Attorney is going to the DC grand jury for an indictment. The IG report lays out a powerful case for a multi-count indictment for perjury and false statements. This is the way the constitutionally required system works. The turd has just been flushed into the septic system and is being processed.

“This charge DOES NOT signify that the DOJ is prosecuting crimes by the Deep State against Trump.”

True, but it means the process has started. All along I viewed whether McCabe was prosecuted on these IG charges as a litmus test of whether Barr was operating in good faith or not. He’s just passed that test, so it’s time to give him the benefit of the doubt, sit back, and wait and see.

When it comes to federal prosecution, the process is the punishment and the jail time is for relaxation and decompressing after the trial

What’s about this is he could be indicted for taking an action of which many people here probably approve.

The Journal’s account of the call said a senior Justice Department official expressed displeasure to McCabe that FBI agents were still looking into the Clinton Foundation, and that McCabe had defended the agent’s authority to pursue the issue.

That leak confirmed the existence of the probe, the report said, which Comey had up to that point refused to do.

So he has to be indicted...and that would be in a Washington DC Court. Now there’s a clue for you.

IIRC, he was fired one day before he could get full pension benefits.

Read the IG report and referral. He’s probably (we’ll need to wait to see the indictment to be sure) being indicted for lying under oath and making false statements, not the unauthorized leaking. False statements and perjury are real devils and he’s well into the DOJ’s septic system now, as the turd du jour.

The Clintons and the Obamas have so much dirt on the Trumps that nothing will happen. McCabe is as high as it’s going.

True, but he still has to go through the process and spend several million dollars to beat the rap. With a Federal indictment, the process is much of the punishment.

I think Trump knows that if he goes down the road of prosecuting his predicessors, no matter how much they might deserve it, he will bring the wrath of the Democrat-Media complex down on him and his family when he leaves office. Hillary deserves prison, but she'll never see it. I think that government functionaries like McCabe & Comey should see prison, as the administrative state needs to know that they will be held legally responsible for attempted coups.

Oh, something is happening. McCabe may get prosecuted for hurting Hillary.

How exciting.

When McCabe is actually indicted, tried and convicted, then we'll talk again.

But as of right now, we are still in the same place. Nothing has actually happened.

Thanks for that information.
