HOUSTON Greenpeace activists are hanging from the Fred Hartman Bridge in an effort to block traffic in the Houston Ship Channel.
A portion of the traffic in the Ship Channel has stopped from Light 102A to 104 due to the demonstration. So far, the incident is only blocking one northbound lane on the bridge itself....

In order to remove them there will need to be a safety plan and the necessary people and equipment to be assembled, if anyone gets hurt the City will be blamed. Should take 5 to 7 days, depending on the weather...
Sleeping like that is almost impossible and it can get cold and windy at night, not to mention the rain showers and maybe a lightning storm.
