It looks like a dove is flying out from the Washington Monument, which reopens with a new elevator system on the 19th of this month.
Next week, Sept. 17 is the 17th of Elul, the date of the dove's first mission from the ark.
If the press had any concept of research (journalistic integrity, hah), any of its beautiful people could have discovered that in 2001, Sept 17th was dubbed "Let Freedom Ring Day" by the NYSE, because it was the reopening day after 911. Here's the full page ad.
