Seems to me like they can not enforce this ban without a court restraining order. As another Freeper/business owner posted on another thread, the agreement a business makes when it gets its business license is that it becomes a place of public accommodation when it is open. They have the option of not providing service, but cant deny access when open.
No court order needed. Manager tells the police they want the person trespassed and police put it in their system. Next time the police find out he is on Walmart (or any other property) they arrest him for trespassing. Happens all the time. It's how they deal with shoplifters and anyone else they don't want in their store.

Well, they can deny access, but not to “protected classes”. That’s the only time there is any legal consequence for them denying access, and people carrying guns are not a “protected class”.
