So why are you giving ammo to Trump’s enemies?

The fact that Bolton is lying/embellishing the circumstances of his termination shows that it was warranted.

I dunno, Pompeo seems to be doing great. Some others are too. Maybe the problem is when your applicant pool is largely Neocons and RINO’s, you’re going to have a lot of duds.

Bolton is a patriot who loves this country, but he’s never opposed a military conflict in his life. There’s nothing wrong with having a hawk’s advice, but I’m not interested in Trump becoming a 1 term president by getting us into an unpopular, optional war that the left will parlay into a 4 or 8 year presidential term.

We’re still digging out of Hussein’s presidency for which Bolton was at least partially responsible if we’re being completely honest. Iraq was a huge political and strategic blunder. The Mideast can’t be forcibly democratized - period. These people are several hundred years behind us mentally and culturally, and they were never going to become a western style democracy through force. The arrogance and hubris that got us into it was an enormous miscalculation.

It isn’t ammo Trump’s enemies could use.

Bolton was a horrible, no-good, rotten, stupid choice.

Now, if we could only figure out who appointed him.

I think President Trump smelled something on John’s walrus.

Trump let him have his say, but Trump seems to expect results and change horses when necessary...
