In the travel ban case, Justice Thomas criticized this very technique, of getting a national injunction in place pending court action. It would be nice if this injunction could be overturned . A single judge should not have the power to block executive actions until and unless overturned at the Supreme Court.
It really should be the other way around, that actions are taken and are allowable, until and unless overturned in court.
Bus them to New Mexico and Texas.
