Amen to that.
Was in a Half-Price Books the other day and there were no less than 5 therapy dogs in the store at the same time.
And this was in Jefferson County Ky NOT Marin County Ca!
<< Such is modern-day liberalism the unwillingness to say no, >>
Except to anything that helps our nation and promotes liberty, responsibility, and law and order.
I’ve only been horseback riding a few times, all of them as a child. My great memory is how horses are constantly pooping and peeing, just comes with the territory. Dogs, at least, are usually housebroken, a big difference when it comes to being confined on an airplane. However, both of mine being rather large, at 72 and 120 lb., I don’t intend to take either on a flight due to the possibility of either forgetting his house manners or suddenly getting upset and biting somebody. OTOH, I do have a pet Black Mamba and a pet Sydney Funnel Web spider, both of which are suitable as flying companions, especially in coach where I really don’t want any nearby seat mates.
Crippled people (mentally, emotionally and physically) people like to read bargain books.
I hope they bought self help books.
My comfort animal is a cobra. His name is “King.” I plan to take a flight next week and “King” is gonna sit on my lap all the way. If I miss that flight we’ll be on the next one because I plan to own the airline by then.
I carry a hornet nest wherever I go.
“I am in total agreement with our servicemen and women and the physically impaired who use dogs for guidance, therapy and emotional needs being able to take their animals on board an airplane.”
I’m not.
The owner of the property needs to be the decider, in every case.
I’ve had enough. A dog can’t pick out a men’s size 15 green shirt at Wal-Mart. An Apple smartphone could be programed to assist blind Wal-Mart shoppers.
I believe the Second Amendment gives me the right to carry a submachine gun, but not on Wal-Mart premises or general access restricted governmental property.
Lets keep this FReepathon moving and git 'er done, Folks!
The real question here is WHY are people scared to say no? Doing so provides the perfect platform for confronting this idiocy, forcing its defenders to justify the absurdity of taking a horse on an airplane.
Think “The Emperor’s Clothes.”
Amen Charlie! Amen.
There needs desperately to be an adult like Charlie who is a democrat leader.
Later
Agreed, the very few who are are too much the coward to speak out.
I think that child was still born in America.
A breech baby, I think.
I want a Comfort Gnu.
Nowhere nearly as effective as my Black Mamba and Sydney Funnel Web spider.
Plus, he nailed what is going wrong with America. I've been saying for decades that commonsense and morality is deteriorating. It all started with, "If it feels good, do it", rather than logical thinking. I blame the anti-culture Hippie movement of the 60's and the parents that allowed those idiots to start the downward spiral. Where was the "Greatest Generation" when their offspring were running amok?
BUMP!
