Not sure whether he means the transition will be to natural gas, coal, oil or whether he means to ban those.
The rest of them declare they would ban fossil fuels. Warren even vows 'no more nuclear plants'.
None of them are really advocating any viable alternatives. Wind and solar will not be enough to sustain modern demands.
