Just go through the tired, pathetic two-faced litany of public comments from John McCain (for example) about various executive actions taken by Obama, then rescinded later by Trump. First he criticized Obama for bypassing Congress and legislating through executive orders on any given issue (Iran deal, DACA, Paris Accord, etc.) ... then he turned around 2-3 years later and criticized Trump for overturning Obama's ILLEGAL executive orders.
Nobody with an IQ over 70 should even bother listening to any career politician who claims to be interested in a "conversation about the direction of the party."
I voted for Donald J. Trump in 2016 because I honestly don't give a flaming sh!t about "the direction of the party."
I’m a decade long lurker but recent poster - we don’t agree on this point, but I respect your opinion. You and a few others here are worth reading consistently, most posts are garbage, as I’m sure you have noticed.
I’ll say this about McCain - he was consistent. He didn’t agree with executive orders on principle and he stood by his word. Party affiliation matter not in these circumstances.
