A University of California-Los Angeles professor is calling not only for gun control but also qualifications to freedom of speech in order to combat mass shootings fueled by racism, a phenomenon he says has only come to light since President Donald Trumps election.
UCLA professor Douglas Kellner states that until just two years ago, all of the previous shootings were rather divorced from sociopolitical factors, claiming that while mass shootings occurred in the past, they were the results of individual crises of young men, having to do with things such as family life or school trouble, in an interview published by the university.
Kellner asserts that the phenomenon of mass shootings motivated by racist ideas is largely isolated to instances occurring since Trump's election.
The toxicity of gun culture has created a new factor that we have never seen before, that was a major factor in the last few shootings, and that was the election of Donald Trump, and in particular, Trumps rhetoric [on immigrants], Kellner said, adding there havent been particular racist school shootings before, or acts of domestic terrorism.
The professor goes on to state matter-of-factly that the El Paso shooting was completely different from any of the other acts of domestic terrorism [or] school shootings, because it was targeting Latinos and immigrants.

Sounds just like the sort of "liberal" I need running my life and deciding how the Constitution should apply to me.
Yeah. Communists think they can say things like this and get away with it.
If they dont like an aspect of the constitution there are two ways to change it. Call a convention or propose an amendment. They know they wont get the votes needed so they try to destroy the original with false interpretations.
Murdering a UCLA prof is not absolutely wrong.

BULLSTALIN
How is the New Zealand shooting Trump’s fault?
ask him about birthright citizenship for illegal aliens
The violent oppression of conservative speech is the craving of every Democrat.
Yeah, like when people enjoying the protections of both amendments refuse to agree with you perfesser.
Too bad “prof” it is absolute but you’re welcome to relocate to a country where they don’t have these kinds of citizen protections built into their constitution if they even have one.
Our faith in the government to protect our natural rights as guaranteed by The Constitution is not absolute - which is why we may someday need to reclaim those rights using the same God-given, absolute gun rights that our founders used to reclaim their rights.
The Second Amendment does not grant those right - it just reminds us that we have them, and guarantees not to infringe on them. The right to bear arms is a God-given natural right, because it is a logical extension of the natural right of self defense - and not just against prowlers, but against an opposing army intent on depriving you of your rights should they prevail. And so, just as our founders, we must have access to whatever weapons are needed to compete should that need ever arise.
Therefore, there can be no limit imposed that would deprive us of the ability to defeat such an army, even if that one day became our own. And no, that doesnt mean we get nukes, because an army that wants to rule over and occupy our lands cant nuke us. But it does mean we get access to just about anything else, if we want it - which pretty much makes that an absolute right.
Probably a fag. They seem to the first to embrace tyranny as long as they are in charge. Must force everyone to embrace LGBTQ orthodoxy. Guns might prevent that outcome. And free speech.

Yet, I see college professors as absolute stupidity.
Under the Constitution all rights are subject to due process of law. If a criminal is convicted of a crime with a gun, his gun rights can be taken away.
If a slanderer is convicted of malicious slander of a private person, his freedom of speech can be limited to never mentioning or referring to that person.
If a religious nut practices religious sacrifice of human life , his freedom of religion.
I see him as an absolute idiot.
The laws preventing the shooting of academics are not really absolute.
You can shoot an academic in the head knowing he actually lives in the hearts and minds of his students
Law schools are working overtime to bring their status and respectability below that of schools of “eddikashun” and journalism.
They are succeeding.

Professors like this one simply confirm the absolute NEED for ABSOLUTE “COLLEGE CONTROL”
A few new ABSOLUTE “National COLLEGE Laws”:
* No federally guaranteed Student loans.
* No State guaranteed loans.
* No Bank loans period without 3-1 gold plated collateral.
* No Tenure; it’s ABSOLUTE.
* Loss of Tax Exemption without minimum Academic Standards being met in History, Math, English, Civics and Science.
* Professors Salaries’ set by performance standards.
* Professors must put in a FULL 40 hour week @ ABSOLUTE MINIMUM.
Feel Free to add to the above. I’m sure there are MANY ABSOLUTE LAWS needed against the current College Structure. Next to the media, they are the biggest enemy of the American people.
