If you can see a broken image square, right click and select ‘copy image location’.
If it’s a blank space, select everything one line above it to one line below, right click ‘view selection source’.
Don’t know how to do it in windows land, but it’s probably similar.

Now that IS strange!
Cortana told me where the picture was and showed it to me.
I copied the URL and went there and IT displayed ok.
My first (only) test was to copy all the text in your post and put it into an HTML editor.
The image data came back as <img src="" width=250>
Putting THAT into the URL address box brought back nothing.

THIS time I put the reply into the HTML editor and got THIS back:
<IMG
style="FONT-SIZE: 16px; TEXT-DECORATION: none; FONT-FAMILY: Times New Roman; FONT-VARIANT: normal; WHITE-SPACE: normal; WORD-SPACING: 0px; TEXT-TRANSFORM: none; FONT-WEIGHT: 400; COLOR: rgb(0,0,0); FONT-STYLE: normal; TEXT-ALIGN: left; ORPHANS: 2; LETTER-SPACING: normal; TEXT-INDENT: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px"
src="http://clipart-library.com/img1/1160909.jpg" width=250>
Go figger...
