Royce Lambert, replacement for Ginsburg?
A replacement is needed for Chief Justice John Roberts
..... He appears to be dirty.
He is to old we need someone who is VERY YOUNG!!!! He was appointed by Reagan so he has to be up there in age!!!
Also, appellate judges only have so much influence. Day to day justice - such as it is - is delivered by judges at the trial court level - Federal District Judges. Some become very well-known, like Lambert, because they are no nonsense and are very hard on government malfeasance and over-reach - such as in the present case.
