"Pierce College proudly announces the grand opening of the Dream Resource Center!
The Dream Resource Center (DRC) is a dedicated space to support and guide undocumented students at Pierce College. The DRC provides information, resources, and assistance to promote college success. Come join us in celebration of the new DRC on Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM in the Library Courtyard. Thank you!"

Immigrants are immigrants because they have documents that they applied for, paid, for waited for, and complied with that make them immigrants.
There are NO undocumented immigrants, there are only fraudulently documented foreigners.
AKA trespassers. Do california taxes pay for this college? Do they receive federal tax money?
Dumb question, probably, but how close is that to qualifying as treason?
Dying homeless, poverty, crime and disease and where does La put its resources?
Into special college programs for illegal immigrants.

Well those students will be a lot smarter if the institution just grants them their diploma without making them go to classes (where they would learn more falsehood than you could ever imagine).
Anyway, that would be in keeping with the beliefs and principles of the school (no need to do anything to get your documents).
Good news. Students and parents should be excited that the tuition increase is being well spent. Increase the loan!
