Why charge for the bump stock. He isn’t suppose to own any arms. Stuck on stupid?? Or making it into a test case....at our expense?
To: Buckeye McFrog
A schizophrenic who is already prohibited.

They go way back, back when maybe a Dhingras ate a baby.

I figured they found him with a brand-new box of Office Depot rubber bands.
Or maybe fingers and belt loops.

Talk about a political propaganda "staging" event...
Hmmm... The connection between bump-stock possession and schizophrenia has been clearly established... /s

Yep! Meanwhile Hillary, Comey, etal. remain free as a bird. And will remain so forever and forever. Anyone who believes they will be prosecuted is only fooling themselves. I fooled myself for a long time and then had to face reality.

If this guy didn’t own a bump stock they would not have bothered him.
Even though they knew about his mental problems they would have waited until he committed a mass murder.
That is the way our government institutions work

Uh, they didn't find out that he had a bump stock until after they went to his home and 'bothered him.'

This case will be worth following. I expect the NRA and their lawyers to get involved. The bump stock ban will go all the way to the Supreme Court.
Banning bump stocks through an Executive Order is clearly unconstitutional.

I expect the NRA and their lawyers to get involved. I don't. Perhaps JPFO or GOA, but not the NRA.

Pretty sure the NRA did not oppose the bump stock ban.
