Average IQ of Africans about 70. I’ve read that in several places, can’t cite chapter and verse. Somebody correct me if I’m wrong.

It makes me very sad :-(

It seems to be true, and thus we have an understandable case for white-mans-burden.

SA was much better off under British rule...although Britain had some thing to be ashamed of, much as in India.
