It is NOT the judges’ courtroom. That courtroom and all others belongs to “We the People.” We need to put to an end the idea that in a courtroom the judge is god-like.

It is NOT the judges’ courtroom. That courtroom and all others belongs to “We the People.” We need to put to an end the idea that in a courtroom the judge is god-like. I fantasize about a citizen asserting their Constitutional power against authority:
Imagine if a juror talked back to a judge, saying “I have a 6th amendment power as an impartial jury, and you are a creation of Congress as a lower court. My right as a member of the jury is superior to yours via Article VI.”
Then I fantasize about being thrown in jail for contempt.
