I’d be happy to sit down & visit next week about uniting to stop gun violence & about the Constitution. If we can have a civil & positive conversation—in the spirit of 1 Peter 4:8 as you suggest—despite our political differences, that might help resolve the discord in our Nation.

I’m betting that as soon as Cruz pulls ahead in the debate, Milano will either:
A. start to constantly interrupt him, or
B. call him a Nazi, then storm out.

Geez - my first quick reading of the headline was “Ted Cruz Agrees to Date Alyssa Milano.”
I thought WTF???
If this debate happens, I predict two things:
1. Cruz will be prepared, have arguments based on facts vs. feelings, cite relevant laws, and not fall into the trap of it becoming an episode of Jerry Springer.
2. Milano will attempt to make her argument on emotion, of appeal on an emotional level. She will lose traction and begin to make this a personal attack, likely by calling Cruz responsible for recent shootings in his home state of TX. It will end with Milano storming off. Leftist Media will run with the sound bites.
I think highly of Ted Cruz, and hope he demonstrates what it means when we say “The adults are in charge.”
