Ilany is obviously lying. Noahide laws are ancient. It isn’t new, perhaps it just came out of the closet. They were ancient before Abraham. They are associated with Cain, the first murderer, son of Adam and Eve.
They’re ancient, and not in effect anywhere on earth, including Israel.
To compare these beliefs to “Sharia” is a false equivalency.
The Noahhide laws, to my knowledge, have nothing to do with Cain (although murder is certainly on the list).
They were established with Noah, so long after Cain was gone.
They are universal, so all people (including the Jewish people) are bound by these laws.
