It’s an entrenched bureaucracy. That is the only place you CAN fight them. They OWN the field, they SET the rules, and they OWN the weapons. That’s why it’s called an entrenched bureaucracy. You are quite simply full of it. Like I said: show me one time, in the entire recorded history of mankind. Or admit you’re chest thumping.
