I wasn’t a CEO, but as a Sergeant I supervised a group of Correction Officers. When an incident occurred in the facility, and it was in my area of supervision, it was my responsibility to do all the investigations, gather any evidence, get all inmates involved evaluated by medical staff, make sure the officers involved saw medical staff, and had to make sure all the reports from those same officers, all medical reports, etc., were turned in as soon as possible. It all had to be submitted to the Watch Commander before I could go home. Because all of the officers’ reports, my interviews, my investigation report, etc., had to jive (because at any time, those documents could be called into a court of law), I had to sit down, and read, each and every one, to make sure nothing was missing, nothing was added that shouldn’t be there, etc. Sometimes it meant having to have one of the officers or two, rewrite their statements. I worked for NY State. Rosenstein worked for the Federal Government, and you’re willing to give him a pass when part of his paycheck is making sure that every FISA warrant he signs is accurate, and justified? What about the rest of the morons who signed them as well? Maybe they didn’t read them either before they signed them...so let’s give them a pass too.
